Some changes with respect to printing of duplicates and triplicates needs to be made and is a consistent point of concern with the application. There is also the issue of e-invoicing details appearing at the bottom of the invoice as opposed to the top. This format cannot be changed either. Additionally, most customer service executives behave like robots and are unable to provide solutions to most problems when contacted. The sales team and the technical team has a disconnect and when asking for a demo of any new feature (for example Tally Connect), the sales executive is not able to provide a proper demo. These silos need to be looked at. Lastly, the mobile application is very different from the web application and after repeatedly pointing these issues out, there is no resolution for the same. The desktop app is also always a beta version and has many issues, rendering it useless as a replacement for the web app. > > Overall experience is decent but there are a few painpoints that need to be urgently looked at.
