> **Cons**: As of now there is not a filter to allow me to place clients in order from enrollment date to present. Would like to be able to filter from oldest to newest and vice versa.

> Not having to print as many documents. Majority of our old paperwork is featured on sure impact so we do not need to keep hard copy files. Being able to view everything online is very helpful.
