Easy to use and time-saving payment management tool.

It's been time-saving and comfortable for me to use. I only have to set the fixed payments and the periods, once that's done I only have to review and approve.

Pros

It sends reminders and alerts to all employees and admins about the next pay-day coming soon. It sets up everything very easily just for approvals and payments.

Cons

It has an option to enter/request time off but it doesn't apply the discounted days or deductions even though it's established that is an unpaid time off.

Deel is a regular platform, good for remote job but bad for payments

Regular experience, it is so expensive.

Pros

Gives the option to work remotly and receive your payment

Cons

- the exchange rate for money is Always a disadventage for the contractor
- the commission money is really high, in my case 50usd
- as a contractor we lose for exchange rate and for deel commission

Quick payments received

Thanks to Deel now I do not need to worry about a late payment. With the last providers I had terrible issues due to weekss without receiveing my payment on time. Now I can have the confidence that will arrive on time.

Pros

Deel has the quickes way to receive payments from international transfers.

Cons

The fees with the limist of the amounts.

Good option to receive payment fast with good fx rate

Quite good. Fast, reliable and reasonably priced vs. other options. FX rate is also good.

Pros

Ease of use, clear transaction breakdown, fast transfers.

Cons

That it doesn't give me the option to add employers from my end.

The best choice I could have made.

Pros

Previously I received my payments through other platforms, but I never found the ease and simplicity with which Deel works. Payments are automated, commissions are minimal and it automatically generates my invoices. I am very happy with the service.

Cons

I find no weaknesses in the platform. Everything looks simple and with a lot of transparency, both for the employee and the employer.

overall the app. It has good features, good AI chat bot, CS and easy interaction.
Has small glitches which is understandable as you haven't met my team of developers :D (jk)

Cons

I did not find any data security specifications within holding my card information against cyber attacks. I would like some info on that :) thanks also Im from CR and here the banks rejects a lot of transactions but your agents know this is a recurrent issue, therefore build a list of success stories please and share it as, I every new Deel's joiner would appreciate a small intro with the info they can count in with. Also in benefit to educate your public, can gain more trust and long term clients. Thanks for reading :) Pretty cool team!

Simplifies International Payment Management

Overall, Deel has made the entire process of receiving my payments much simpler and stress-free.

Pros

So easy, so straight-forward, and payout is so quick compared to the traditional methods!

I have only used it for a few weeks, but it has impressed me greatly so far. I love how clean the design is, and it's so easy to navigate pages between invoicing, contracts, etc. I also love that there is a section where you can talk to someone about tax advice!

Pros

I really appreciate their integration with Revolut, as receiving international payments from my US employers can sometimes be so tricky. Things like their banks charging fees, trying to exchange into another currency, or simply taking days to go through can really make the process hard, but with Deel it is so straightforward, and I can cash out straight to my linked Revolut account.

Cons

I think there could be more help explaining sections of contracts to foreign employees. US contracts are very different to the UK ones I am used to signing, especially when related to tax, so a little help understanding what certain jargon means would go a long way.

Deel Review

My experience as a user with Deel was great, it really made it very simple to tackle important documents such as tax filing and my work contract. I also love how easy is to manage where my money can be transferred to and that it has no delays for direct deposits.

Pros

Deel really streamlines payroll and employee management processes for both users and admins. The platform's simple interface walks the user through important processes like tax filing and contract signing. For admins, they can have a high-level view on payroll and employee data, all in a single platform.

Cons

Deel contains some fees that affect the user when transferring their money. Depending on the user's bank, these fees can vary. Also, Deel provides some rewards for users but mostly can only be used in the US, which is not ideal for international employees.

Works incredibly fast for bank transfers and document handling

I had a good experience with Deel. Easy interface and i can store my money on Deel Card which saves me from keeping international currency.

Pros

My experience using Deel

It has been really amazing. Whenever I had the need for extra money available, Deel allowed me to have a Deel advance and solve my problems immediately.

Pros

The easiness to work with and the chance to have funds available instantly gives you a great satisfaction level.

Cons

I don't have any complains about the service. If anything, I would like Deel to work on countries like Venezuela to give more people opportunities to handle their funds and expand their possibilities to overcome the dictatorship hurdles to manage foreign currency.

Great for contractors!

Overall I have had a pleasant experience with Deel as a platform for getting paid on a regular long-term basis and short-term basis. There's not much I can say negatively about the platform as I feel it does everything right when it comes to contract work from one country to another, ease of access and how helpful the tools are.

Pros

I've been using Deel for a while now to receive contracts from companies in the US, while I work in the UK and I found its a great platform for contractors. I like how easy and approachable the UI and onboarding is, especially when completing the relevant forms needed to get this moving! Also, I love that Deel has a lot of helpful articles that help from filling in Tax documentation to Calculating Take-home salary. Finally, the tracking for payment is handy to make sure you get paid on time!

Cons

Perhaps further updating the Deel rate calculator to include US to UK rates plus tax deduction would be super helpful when calculating the take-home for a contract.

Best EOR provider on the market

Overall, I'd say that Deel is the best experience for an EOR provider. They have grown exponentially in a short period of time so the personalized experience has gone down a bit. I'd still go with Deel over any other provider.

Pros

Extremely user friendly and intuitive platform. As an admin of the system, you have a lot of compliance details at your fingertips.

Cons

The customer support has gone a bit down hill most probably due to their extreme growth. Where you may have received a promise of something happening previously, it now can't be done due to "risk". Also, waiting times when you put in a request of a query have extended.

Deel, International Contractor Portal

Pros

Basically what has been popping for Deel, is that you can pay international employees directly in a fast and an easy way.
Also waiting for their card to be open internationally in my country, I feel this will cut of a lot of hassle for us international contractors.

Cons

I dislike their customer support team, they are repetitive and uneducated when it comes to providing high customer experience.
Also I dislike the fact, that it might shows on their system a certain payment day and it does not arrive until 5 days later, so basically, their system needs to reflect all and everything they speak about, and it should reflect the payment arrival directly.

Love dealing with Deel

Great! I haven't had a bad experience or service with Deel. Though I thought they might want to consider self-funding accounts, but then again, they're not a banking or fiduciary service like PayPal.

Pros

It's very user-friendly and straightforward. The dashboard offers just enough views for a user to understand the services they offer.

I also like the card and advance option since it gives me the ability to make purchases in USD without the need to convert.

Cons

Once the money is out, you won't be able to put it back in. I thought this was something I could do since I needed to use the card for USD transactions.

Best payment website for freelancers

I am very happy with all the features especially payroll managment, salary reception, withdrawal options are very much useful and critical for my business activities.

Pros

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

Cons

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

Deel is great for managing contracts, working freelance and getting paid!

In general I can't complain, I use the platform all the time and plan to keep using it and seeing all the new features that they are currently building.

Pros

To have it all in there, being able to manage all your contracts, agreements, freelance jobs, and getting paid within the same platform. Also some external features for digital nomads such as perks.

Cons

Not having a mobile app yet, which will make things easier but I'm sure they are developing it right now.

My Honest Review: DEEL

Pros

Deel really helps me with getting paid from clients around the world and dealing with all the legal stuff. They handle the local laws and taxes, so I don't have to stress about that. I can choose how I want to get paid, like through bank transfer or PayPal, and I always get my money on time thanks to their automated payments. Their contracts are straightforward, the pricing is clear with no surprises, and they have 24/7 support if I ever need help. Deel makes my work life a lot simpler, so I can focus on my projects without worrying about payments.

Cons

Customer support can be slow at times, and payments occasionally get delayed. It doesn’t work in all countries or with all currencies, which can be limiting for me. International bank transfers take 3-5 business days to process, which is a big disappointment for me.

Good but Not Great yet. Needs improvement on UI and UX

Overall, it does it's job but the UI and the many steps to configuring it makes it really hard.

Pros

I was able to get paid managing my contract with a client and vice versa, I was able to manage contractors there and paid them as well.

Cons

It's often really hard to login with their f2a requirement and needing another app to verify the code. Why can't we just use it like any other app???

Deel review

I'm having a positive experience, I've been impressed by the speed and ease of use of the app.

Pros

The app experience is excellent, with services provided in a clear and efficient manner. I have used it to sign contracts, verify documents get a background check and set a funds transfer. All those steps are automated and integrated into their pipeline, so besides entering some information, they process and give me the results automatically. I usually see that companies adhere to many apps to process HR information, but in Deel's case, it's all in one app. They even have an specific local payment solution, which most apps don't have. It gets much easier to transfer funds without getting a new banking account (that probably won't get any other use besides transfering funds).

Cons

I think the support needs attention. I needed to check an information, so I contacted by email, which gave me an automated response to use the app chat. Using the app chat just made me talk to a chatbot, that just gave me FAQ answers, and I couldn't transfer it to a real person. Even when it's an AI-based operation, it's important to have human interaction, as many times the question is not among the ones in the documentation. It makes the user very frustrated to not be directed to a more personalized experience.

Simplicity is best.

My overall experience is a an awesome one, the onboarding, pay out, document managing and frankly all the options are groundbreaking. I think Deel is at the forefront of internationl employee management.

Pros

I like mostly being able to upload all verificatio documents in a smooth, easy process, the onboarding capabilites are genuine, the option to receive your payouts in cryptocurrencies, to a bank account, or to several choices is just groundbreaking.

Cons

I cant say I dislike anything about Deel, maybe an area of opportunity would be tutorial videos on how and what documents are allowed help some.

Great app and customer support

Pros

It takes a complicated process and breaks it down into (mostly) simple steps. Their live chat support is quick and helpful!

Cons

The bad:
We originally signed up for Deel because of our very attentive sales person/account manager, and the fact they had live customer support. After the first month we were reassigned to a new account manager that never responded to multiple emails, and then they discontinued their live tech support and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. You would go through several prompts with an AI bot that was never helpful for my situation. During this time we had a major issue with a payment, and it took hours to get a response.

The good:
They have since reinstated their live chat support, and all has been great since!

Easy and friendly system. And the client support staff responds arte quick and assertive.

Cons

When the bank transfer is done it doesn't say exactly the fee charged to transfer the amount. It provides a range but no the exact amount.

In general it is a very good experience. Everything works just fine for more than 2 years, the money is there in time, quick withdraws. I had the chance to use support aswell, they were fantastic, with a quick response.

Pros

- That offers payroll on many countries, and made it easier for developers from outside of European Union to work.
- You can get a Deel advance and pay for it later if you need some money
- You can order a debit card and use it for paying with Deel
- You can withdraw your money in different platforms

Cons

- For not having a tax advice or tax service for my country - Kosovo. I am struggling with taxes here, since it is taking much time for me to do all the things

Quick local bank transfer

Its really good, i use its mobile progressive app which helps in doing all the work without laptop

Pros

Cons

Exchange fees which deels charges even when provider fees is 0% with local bank withdrawal , Deel charges exchange fees of 2% of withdrawal amount

Personal Review of Deel Platform

Overall, my experience with Deel has been positive. The platform meets all my payment reception needs efficiently and reliably. Despite some areas for improvement, such as local currency transfer fees and delay management, Deel remains the best alternative I've found due to its ease of use and low commissions.

Pros

The immediate transfer functionality to my bank account is a significant advantage. Additionally, Deel's commissions are much lower compared to alternatives like PayPal, making it a more attractive option for frequent payments. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, which simplifies payment management.

Cons

The fees for transfers in local currency could be more competitive. There was also an instance where a payment was delayed for over a week without any compensation, which was a bit frustrating.
