> **Pros**: The interface is exactly the same for all of my VoIP operations so I can track all my spending from a single interface. The integrated solutions help me keep everything organized. It also integrates with my CRM. The best of this service, and commpeak in general, is that it's literally an all-in-one solution. Another major pro is they have DID numbers that support SMS messages with two-way communication. Customers have been more inclined to respond to the messages when it comes from a local number.

> **Cons**: Analytics are limited. Not a lot of features/options to optimize my campaigns. They have another service that's coming soon, TextPeak, that's supposed to be more complex and offer more insights.

> This is a simple yet effective tool that has enabled me to both reach more customers and reach them in various ways. My business started using CommPeak for the VoIP services, but we decided we also wanted to start contacting leads via SMS. The fact that they had an in-house SMS service was useful, as our CRM was already synced. Campaigns are very easy to send out, and I can reuse audience groups.
