When I started with Asure 5 years ago, we had a dedicated rep who did a good job with customer service. That ended about 3 years ago when that individual left. > > **Cons**: User interface was way behind current standards. Customer service was a hit and miss for getting people in a timely manner. The ability to run reports out of the system was terrible. I could not run my own annual worker's comp payroll report. I had to request the report from customer service which is a huge inconvenience. I was with Asure for over 5 years. When it came time to move to a different provider (due to the issues above), I was penalized a full year's payroll fees because it was deemed that I didn't provide enough notice to them. After being a customer for 5 years and since it costs them nothing extra if I leave, this was extremely unreasonable. I reached out multiple times to management and was denied any type of concession. > > After a number of years of frustration with aspects noted above, I made the move to a different provider. The exit confirmed for me that Asure was not a good fit.
