Angebote für einen Eigenbau lagen vorher im sechsstelligen Bereich. Dass wir das selbst hinbekommen haben, ohne Entwickler, sagt viel über das Produkt. Man kommt ohne Programmierkenntnisse überraschend weit, und dort wo die Bordmittel enden, gibt es die Skripte. Genau diese Kombination habe ich woanders nicht gefunden. Der Support ist dabei ein eigenes Lob wert: schnelle, klare Antworten von jemandem, der die Sache versteht, auch wenn die Antwort mal nein lautet. Das ist mir lieber als freundliches Vertrösten. Unterm Strich haben wir jetzt unsere eigene Plattform, genau nach unseren Bedürfnissen gebaut, und können damit schalten und walten, wie wir wollen.
