> App Rilevazione Presenze is a smartphone attendance tracking software for staff working off-site or in other branches, as well as for the quick and automatic management of the many activities that affect employees on a daily basis.

The software offers the following features:

- Stampings
Geo-localized stamping via GPS;
Stamping via NFC tags, Beacons, QR code - useful for greater precision;
Under clocking and macro clocking - to distinguish the employee's working time from the time spent with customers; 
Possibility to associate the stamping to a customer, add a description, activity, attach photographs and signatures; 
Ability to manage activities to be associated with each stamping.

- Intervention sheet
Automatic generation of the intervention sheet in PDF; 
Creation of a single intervention sheet that groups different clockings performed by different employees to give a single report to the customer for projects of different days; 

- Exports
Export bookings, time sheets and paths; 
Management of overtime, night hours, transfers / travel hours, leave (holidays, illness, ...) automatically in the attendance sheet; 
Rounding management of the daily hours worked.

- Employee management
Autonomous management of employees in the cloud - possibility to import/export the list of employees in excel; 
Granting different levels of access and functionality to each employee.

- Customer management
Autonomous customer management - possibility to import/export the customer list in excel; 
Ability to create a dedicated access for each customer to view their own intervention sheets independently.

- Groups
Group management for branches, foremen or company branches.

- Scheduled jobs to manage job scheduling; 
Ability to schedule jobs for each employee, either for a specific day or scheduled weekly or monthly; 
Possibility of knowing if a job has been completed, possibly indicating the reasons if it was not possible to complete it; 
Planning of activities on calendar and tables.

- Map
Map display of the position of the last employee stamping

- Permit requests
Management of requests for leave, illness, holidays directly from the app by the employee with the possibility of approving them or not with any notes; 
Autonomous management of the types of permissions to be displayed; 
Ability to export the company's vacation plan in Excel.

- Expense notes
Management of expense notes with the possibility of attaching photographs of receipts and receipts; 
Ability to export expense reports in Excel also divided by customer or employee.

- Integration with other management systems
Ability to integrate our system with external management via API.

- Other functions
Through the mobile stamping app it is possible to have several employees stamped by a single smartphone using NFC badges: 
Through our fixed stamping machine it is possible to have employees stamped on site with the classic badge stamping machine and manage all employees (on-site and off-site) with a single system.

> **Cons**: alcune funzioni sono un po' più macchinose e gli aggiornamenti tra le operazioni sono abbastanza lenti - per esempio quando si opera sul portale e si conferma un permesso o le ferie, ci vuole qualche secondo prima che venga visualizzato e quando si hanno dozzine di collaboratori può essere un'operazione lenta (p.s. la connessione è fibra ottica)
