> **Pros**: This product does have significant functionalities that can be utilize to service my business, and handle customer service operation. Additionally, there are many partners that understand the tool, and there is a good consulting partnership.

> **Cons**: This product is very expensive, so keep that in mind. It is additionally hard to utilize this software compared to other platforms. Unless you're completely certain about the needs of your project, be wary because this software will require a lot of internal change in terms of management inside the company.

> Overall, I would not use this again. Unless your needs match what the software offers (do your research\!\!\!), then I would stay away from this. It is okay.
