If you have a portable device you are ready to go. I also really liked that the data was entered in the field and rapidly downloaded in file formats that can be imported into third-party logging software, spreadsheets, and databases all without having to reenter data from a field form. > > **Cons**: The methods of sharing logs and starting logs were a bit clunky. Using a web browser and saving the data locally until upload also was a little less user friendly. > > Log it easy allowed us to do a major drilling project with multiple drilling crews over two months. We were able to share draft pdf files of logs in progress and have data immediately available for use in other applications.
