We are tracking leave and absences so much easier as well. We can also send out emails to all staff with any updates they need to know about. > > **Cons**: There are some areas that I think are missing quite obvious automation. For example, when marking someone on maternity leave the public holidays still show as being taken, so you have to manually remove them. > > It has improved how we collate and distribute information making payroll much easier and more accurate. Can be glitchy. ATS is very basic and does not currently link with other jobs sites to get a direct feed. Eagerly waiting the launch of the new ATS which has much better functions. > > I like it. We've since added Expenses, Rewards and other components of the Access software, which is easily accessible using one button. All support is done via their AI chat tool, you can type in 'chat to a person' to raise a case if need be. I find the system intuitive and it has simplified some of our processes. I particularly find the reporting function easy to use and like how People HR automatically talks to our Payroll software, Paycircle. The mobile app makes it accessible to employees that are on the road and makes it easy to do simple tasks such as booking annual leave. Whilst Ripples can be complicated, once you have worked out how to use them they provide a quick workflow to enable tasks to be automated. I tend to use logbooks very frequently and they have been a staple in tracking employee requests. > > **Cons**: I would like to see an upgrade to the assignments, which we currently use to process overtime. The app is great for employees to be able to log their assignments but i would like employees to visually be able to see when assignments have changed status. I would also like to see a change to status when an assignment is entered by a manager, which doesn't require approval, it can make it hard to report on. There is a slight issue when an employee entered an assignment across 2 days, it has been known to duplicate. > > My experience from implementation to every day use is positive, as an administrator i find it easy to change settings.
