It has freed up the HR team to focus on supporting the business strategically rather than spending time on manual processes. The ability to create detailed reports and export data directly to Excel makes HR reporting straightforward and highly adaptable to business needs. The leave management element has made it easy for employees to request holiday and then for their manages to check already booked holiday to be able to approve or reject in a push of a button. The app then allows colleagues to view their teams holiday, so they can work around this and make work performance efficient. When it comes to payroll, exporting timesheet, holiday or sickness reports is simple and quick and removes the stress of chasing other departments for the information > > **Cons**: The only con we really have is when there is an updated version for I Phone mobiles, and there seems to be a delay for the app to catch up, meaning that some employees have struggled with the clocking in (Timesheet) element on the app > > Overall I have been very pleased. As someone that covers finance, payroll and HR its important to have a system that make life easier and saves time which PeopleHR does. Updating policies has been a breeze and within minutes the policy can be adjusted to reflect law changes and immediately be available for employees to view on the app or PC.
