> **Pros**: Owner availability, can do attitude, ability to figure out complex issues in elegant, simple ways. Always able to find a workaround, or problem solve. Definitely a wildly functional PMS, without needless bells and whistles to make it more expensive. Trust, in a word, and the booking engine that is commission free\! Server based, because the cloud has too many security and uptime issues, and you can virtualize any server to be its own cloud... hotels should own their assets, and with these guys, you do.. but you can still access it from anywhere, while it lives at the property.  Also, their ability to customize reporting, and to deal with modern interfacing, is unparalled, and they don't pass the cost on to the customer. It's so rare to enjoy working with a tech company... these guys are consummate professionals.

> **Cons**: I don't have any comments about it, frankly.  I sat here for 5 minutes trying to make something up, or really perceive a problem. But they are truly wonderful.
