It’s super user-friendly, even for team members who aren’t very tech savvy, and I especially love being able to add GIFs to the cards—it makes them feel much more personal and fun. > > **Cons**: There honestly isn’t much I dislike\! I’d love to see even more customization options in the future, but we’ve had a really positive experience overall. > > Ellacard has been great for our fully remote team. It gives us an easy way to celebrate birthdays, milestones, and other special moments even though we aren’t all in the same office. It’s simple enough that everyone can participate without needing instructions, and the GIFs and personalization options make the cards feel much more fun than a standard virtual card. ----- ### "Wonderful service for companies with remote work" — 5.0/5 > **Addily** | *13 August 2026* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love how many different options Ellacard offers for different celebrations, card styles and preferences (e.g., funny, serious, professional). Our company has used it for all of our therapists birthdays, and baby shower celebrations. Since we don't always work at the same site it allows everyone to sign the card regardless of where they are. > > **Cons**: We've used Ellacard for over six months, and I still have not found a single thing I dislike. One thing I wish was better is the quality of the decorations or stickers that you can add to the cards. Also, if the stickers didn't show the brand name it would look better on the card. > > We've had a great experience using Ellacard, and recognizing our staff members regardless of where they are. ----- ### "Pleased card designer of 2-years" — 3.0/5 > **LeDeanea** | *21 July 2026* | Nonprofit Organisation Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I use it for designing birthday, farewell and thank you cards for our organization. It is very easy to navigate, with options ranging from animated cards, team signing, adding video and pictures to enhance the face of how individuals choose to honor the recipient. I also appreciate the ability to change envelop colors, fonts, background images (motion or still), adding music, and the option for me to send the link to the team for signing. I appreciate the option to download my own music, and that it remains in the music library for future use. I have not utilized customer support enough to speak on that, but my receipts promptly arrive in my email, making it easily accessible for the use of reimbursement. > > **Cons**: The templates have not changed over the course of a few years. I use the animation cards for birthdays and the still cards for farewell and thank you's. I have not seen any new designs to choose from. I also do not see design templates that echo more cross-cultural inclusivity. Though the music selections are many, I have had to figure out how to download my own music to better fit our community. Your platform used to generate credit with every design, allowing the opportunity of paying for a few cards with the credits accumulated. That was a nice incentive that seems to have been removed. Some parts of the designs are not able to be manipulated, that makes it difficult to more customize the design to fit the personality of the recipient. Paying $8 per card adds up quickly, if one is unable to purchase the business package in the onset of the year. > > I would rate EllaCard 4 out of 5 overall. I have been using this platform for two years, and enjoy creating card experiences for every recipient I design for, on behalf of our organization. The ----- ### "The BEST option if you will be utilizing this platform for multiple cards/multiple signers." — 5.0/5 > **Amy** | *15 July 2026* | Pharmaceuticals | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I had been the go-to person to create and send out invitations to sign virtual cards in my department (and some other departments) in our company for a long time. We were using a free website, but had a few instances of employees clicking on links that sent their computers into crisis mode. Knowing we needed a platform without ads, I began searching for the best option for us. Most other platforms only had the option to pay per card, and their pricing seemed a bit inflated. When I came across Ellacard, which had an extremely generous amount of cards for a one-time annual price, it was a no-brainer. I also like that as more people began helping with the "fun/celebration committee", I was able to add them as users quickly and painlessly. I also love all of the options available to customize - envelope color, font, background music, font for card pages, GIFs, add a photo collage, etc. Everyone was able to make their addition to the card 100% their own if they wanted to. And if they didn't want to, it seemed as if Ellacard always had a very aesthetically pleasing default font which is also helpful for some people who don't want to be plain but don't want to deal with all the options. > > **Cons**: I would say the only issue I ever had was that if a link was sent out to a team or company wide to sign a card, sometimes people would add a page but leave it blank, or two people would be on the website at the exact same time and put their messages overlapping each other. Quick and easy fix if it happened, but outside of that I have no complaints. ----- ### "I love using Ellacards for my job\!" — 5.0/5 > **Morgan** | *27 August 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love that I can automate send my cards\! I run the Sunshine Committee at work and I can schedule cards to be delivered\! > > **Cons**: I haven’t really found a downside to be honest, If I had to pick one, when the recipient of the card responds it responds to the sender but not the whole group > > I have loved using Ellacard \! I love that I can send my co workers their birthday cards, I have them scheduled to be signed and sent already through the year \! I love being able to add gift cards to a card and text my staff for some extra reinforcement. It’s so cute to be able to add music to a card as well. I have tried to personalize each persons card based on their interests and it’s been so easy with Ellacard ----- Page: 1 / 9\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/255481/ellacard?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/255481/ellacard) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | ----- ## Structured Data
