For example if I create a new employee the gratuity filter has to be then manually changed as this is not there in the standard setup. To create a new employee you will first create a job master, then create organizational structure and then link the employee. It is the same for promotions and transfers. Many times when I have salary increments I have faced errors in the back pay if gosi is involved. We have many regions but i can only download bulk payroll file with all regions so I again have to download it and seperate it to different regions. So this has manual work too.
