> **Pros**: Quick and easy to understand staffing at start of shift to make adjustments as needed. I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date.

> **Cons**: No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. That saves so much time\! Thanks

> **Cons**: As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee.  Small detail but should be an easy fix for the software designer.

> It's been nice to have the ability to track all Covid-19 cases and exposure when we were in the height of the pandemic.
