I do appreciate that the software can be set up to store all sorts of data points and pull reports on many of those. We currently do not use the full functionality of Flex because every aspect of business that relies on this software takes more time than necessary. > > **Cons**: As of November 2017, the user interface is still Flash-based, meaning it is extremely slow to use. The more items added to a document (quote/contract), the slower it gets both on the account side and warehouse side.
