> **Pros**: This is overall very well thought through platform that handles everything I need to cover with the clients of my consulting company. All of the features are well integrated, the UI I find mostly intuitive, with a few things that I wish were slightly reorganized, but honestly way less of that than most platforms which often don't seem as though the creators actually have tested or used it. I get the feeling with Clientjoy that they are really listening to customers and making improvements that keep streamlining functionality for users. Their customer service has been very amazing, always prompt and professional- always asking for feedback, which is very encouraging. I can do everything I need to do with my clients in this one platform. It's very easy to onboard a new client and once your documents, proposals and contracts are set up to send out custom docs using these integrations. I haven't had any clients complain or have any trouble with the customer portal.

> **Cons**: There were initial loading issues at the early stages that appeared to have been ironed out. My only complaint is that I really need web forms to onboard customers and they've been saying this is coming for like a year and a half, and still no lead forms. I can't imagine I'm the only one who sees this as a critical feature, but based on how much they appear to listen to customers there must not be much demand for this feature, because it just stays on the roadmap and has not been addressed yet. This is really my only pinpoint with the software.

> **Pros**: I have been searching high and low for a good CRM that offers everything a solopreneur needs in one place but is affordable enough for a new business owner. I looked at Honeybook, 17hats, Dubsado, etc., but everything was just so expensive\! I was so happy when I happened to stumble across Clientjoy. Although not as well-known as other CRMs, I was so impressed with all of the features it offers and how well it works\! It literally checks all the boxes for everything I was searching for in a single platform. Lead management, contract e-signing, proposals, payment, scheduling and booking, a client portal, and more\! I find that the client portal has a lot of room for improvement, but I have no doubt that will happen. However, aside form the minor things here and there that require a little work-arounds, everything is well-worth the price. Not to mention they offer a 30-day money back guarantee as of the day I am writing this, so no worries if you purchase it and decide it is not right for you. I am sure you will be very happy with everything you get with your plan though\!

They have proposals, agreements, and contracts.The invoices are easy to set up and use. I am a big fan of the notices I get when a client opens the email with the invoice. I can even see when they open the invoice.

> **Cons**: I would like to see forms added to the feature list. Some type of client onboarding form to collect information about the business for example: products/services, pricing, Bio's company mission statement.
