The customer can order many brands off this platform, and the supplier can manage all orders, production, etc. on one complete platform. We originally implemented Supply'd at Organika for stock management, purchasing, receiving and ordering. It gave us much better visibility over what was ordered, what actually arrived, what we had on hand and what needed to be ordered next. From there, we expanded it into our production kitchen, which has completely different requirements around ingredients, recipes, batches, allergens, production and finished products. That is probably what has impressed me most. We have been able to use the same system across very different parts of the business without having to force our processes around the software. It feels like Supply'd adapts to the way the business actually operates rather than the business having to adapt to the ERP. The customer support has also been excellent. The team is responsive, understands the operational side of the business and has been genuinely helpful as we have expanded how we use the platform. > > **Cons**: There is definitely a learning curve once you start getting into the deeper functionality. It is a powerful system and there is a lot you can do with it, so naturally it takes some time to understand how to get the most out of everything. For us, that has been a worthwhile tradeoff. I would much rather have an ERP with the depth and flexibility to grow into than something that is simple initially but becomes restrictive as the business gets more complex. There are always features or small improvements you would like to see, but the Supply'd team has been very receptive to feedback and the system continues to evolve. > > Supply'd has become a genuinely important part of how we operate and scale Organika. It started by solving the fundamentals around inventory, ordering and receiving, but we have been able to take it much further than that. Today it helps us manage stock across the business, ingredients going into production, recipes, batches, allergens, traceability and finished products, all within the same system. That visibility has reduced manual work, improved stock control and made it much easier to manage an increasingly complex operation. The biggest value for me is what happens as the business grows. We are now launching wholesale, opening another location and bringing more of our online business into the same ecosystem. We do not need to introduce a completely new system every time the business evolves. Supply'd can continue to sit at the centre of it. Without it, scaling the business would have been significantly harder.
