I work for a large company but i am not at liberty to submit any feedback on their behalf because firstly, I am not considered in a position to have an opinion by my company and secondly, ISAAC only comminicates with our company contact. The ISAAC system is designed and only caters to fleet managers. Drivers' opinions are not even considered in the development. When ISAAC states their system is "driver friendly" , I seriously doubt that it is from driver feedback. They definitely have never asked me for any opinion. > > The mobile hardware is nice in terms of processing speed and minimal downtime due to routine maintenance but the software learning curve is steep and some beta software modules are utterly useless. ISAAC uses truck drivers as beta testers with little or no regard for end user feedback.
