At first, I was generating custom reports as requested by clients, and it seemed like the most basic of information regarding learner progress was overlooked. Clients wanted to know percentage completion by learner within each course, rather than the basic reporting fields of "Started" and "Completed" which were so black and white. Thought Industries has helped bring a fresh look as well as an easier to use platform for our B2B and B2C clients.
