> The welcome-soft software displays information and greetings on large screens and digital door signs. The software can display a wide variety of information, graphics, and files such as visitor greetings, employee information, room bookings and events from your own office PC, on remote screens in the same company network. 

The content is entered in the welcome-soft planner. At the same time, you determine when the individual contents are to be displayed on the remote screens. 

The optional Outlook/Exchange interface can, if desired, take over the room bookings fully automatically and also display them on digital door signs. 

How your data should be displayed can be defined in individual layouts with the included layout editor. You can do this yourself, or you can ask us to do it for you. 

Typically, a large screen is useful for the display. This screen must have a Windows PC connected to your network in order to display the data to be displayed. In our complete sets, this is a PC that slides into the screen. But it can be any standard Windows PC and any monitor.

An auto-layout function ensures that content is always displayed optimally without the user having to worry about it in daily use. 

In addition to content such as text information, graphics and PDF can also be dynamically displayed as a slide show. Just copy them into a Windows folder and the software does the rest. 

Furthermore, content such as weather, news ticker, day counter, signposts, and WLAN QR code are also possible.
