> **Pros**: Through OneCount, I could create highly specific segments based on keywords, purchases, and other factors. We used these segments to target pop-up ads on our website, offering a new way to engage those who weren't on our mailing lists. Similarly, using keywords for email targeting increased our open and click rates because our communications reached the right audience.&#10;&#10;The support for this product was unmatched. I had never experienced better customer service. While we encountered the usual wrinkles when setting up any new system, the OneCount team was determined to get us up and running. As a bonus, they even removed us as the middleman, communicating directly with our vendors.

> **Cons**: We were not able to use this product to its full capacity. The time and resources dedicated to troubleshooting these vendor and AMS integration issues effectively became a bottleneck, significantly delaying the full deployment of the product's advanced features despite OneCount's efforts.

> I had a very positive experience using OneCount. It was a luxury to have a single system that tied together all the data from the numerous platforms we used across the organization.
