The platform has been very stable and responsive. For remote assistance we previously used AnyDesk and their implementation of UAC control was a nightmare. It's a non-issue with Action1. > > **Cons**: Occasionally the dashboard counts and statistics lag behind by a few minutes, but that's most likely some I see because I spend a lot of time using the portal each day. > > Being in a fairly small company (apprx: 150 endpoints) that had no patch management solution in place prior to this, I'd say that getting Action1 implemented was the easiest project I've had since I started here a year ago. The Remote Assistance tool is just plug and play, no setup to speak of at all. I have to admit, I feel a little guilty that we are getting all of this for free.
