> WISO Mein Büro 365 is an all-in-one office management software. The software comprises various areas, including offers and invoices, contacts, statistics \& evaluations, banking, and bookkeeping. It is available in German. 

All information on past sales and offers is available to users in the offers and invoices area. Delivery conditions and payment conditions can be set individually and documents can be stored here. Thanks to intelligent links, item / service items and customers can be quickly inserted and offers can be easily converted into invoices.

Customer contacts can be created, added to, and viewed from anywhere. In the app, the user has easy access to customer data from his smartphone.

In the statistics dashboard, companies always have an overview of important key figures such as sales, costs and earnings. Evaluations can be broken down according to customer, article or order type.

With the banking from WISO Mein Büro 365, users can manage all their payment transactions in the program. WISO Mein Büro offers online banking access to over 4000 German banks, transfers via online banking, cash book and the retrieval of giro and overnight money accounts as well as credit card and PayPal transactions. The automatic online comparison of open items with banks clearly shows whether invoices have been paid and which payments are still outstanding.

WISO Mein Büro 365 supports companies in their bookkeeping. After users have classified payments in simple booking categories, the software posts the payments to the corresponding accounting accounts. In the WISO Mein Büro 365 Plus version, tax forms are automatically filled in with this data and transmitted to the tax office via the ELSTER interface or to the tax advisor via the DATEV interface.

Other areas of the software are Office (calendar, task, and document management), articles \& services (product groups, create article and address labels, price scales, and discounts), purchasing (ordering), and customization (adapt stationery, format position texts).

> **Pros**: Konforme Abrechnung mit einigen Zusatzfunktionen und einem wachsenden Funktionsumfang. Zeit bleibt fürs Wesentliche, Abrechnung kann mitgeführt werden und sorgt für keinen riesigen Verwaltungsakt am Ende des Jahres mehr.

> **Cons**: Kinderkrankheiten müssen erst mit dem Support besprochen werden - hier leider keine allzu gute Termintreue zu vereinbarten Terminen. Ich hoffe, dass die Supportanfragen auch zum Erfolg führen.
