The sending emails and being able to personalize them was also so great. The "Event Dashboard" was highly used and successful for us. Being able to rate participants was also a huge success. From an internal set up experience. There are so many different check boxes that can be confusing to set up an event. All of the different places for "chat" were also confusing, live chat, activity chat, chat module, zoom chat, etc. Not carrying over a person's profile from event to event is a really big challenge. > > Overall our experience has been okay.
