> **Pros**: Customer service is amazing, got a broad onboarding of features and ongoing help with any question. Set-up is very user friendly, you are able to create unique ad campaigns in a matter of minutes and see results of on-site retargeting immediately. New features are implemented almost every week so your experience is getting enhanced on an ongoing basis and the team is very open for suggestions of improvals that are valuable for your business.

> **Cons**: Chatchamp does not have an open API yet, which makes data extraction a bit more time consuming. I know however that the team is working on providing this in the upcoming weeks, so this is only a temporary flaw.
