Additionally I suspect the outsourced providers’ calculations aren’t being checked closely by Native Teams. - legally required insurance not being provided (Kenya - WIBA) - NT unable to provide a breakdown of employer costs tying up to invoiced employer cost despite me asking several times to enable me to check - errors in payroll calculations They also say invoices will be provided by a certain date but these deadlines are only recently being met. > > From my checks it’s apparent that Native Teams may keep their headline pricing low by outsourcing some of their local providers — which means when you ask a question, they go to a third party to get answers.
