> **Pros**: One of the best parts of my experience with Mailshake so far is the excellent customer support I've been getting from the company's care team. It's been a tremendous relief knowing that \[sensitive content hidden\] will always respond promptly and conscientiously during business hours. To me, they seem more like good friends than tech support people I don't really know.&#10;&#10;The platform has many wonderful features. One of my favorites is Office Hours, held at the same time every week (on Wednesday). It's great to be able to drop in to ask your questions, get feedback and listen/learn from other subscribers.

> **Cons**: There is admittedly a certain learning curve involved with using the platform. Also, it does have its limitations and bugs, though I believe that the company will work toward improving what needs to be improved upon. In addition to that, support is limited to business hours M-F Eastern. It would probably have to be more expensive if that were not the case, so it's an acceptable tradeoff.

I love how easy the process is.

> **Cons**: I had some difficulty in the beginning connecting my email account, but after I got over that hiccup, everything else was pretty easy to navigate.
