As a customer, I should have the freedom to choose when, how, and where to pay. Other platforms like Spotify or Netflix allow users to cancel and resume subscriptions at their own pace — if you don’t pay, the service stops, but you're not forced to pay for unused time. Xibo forces payment even if the platform isn't being used, which feels unfair and rigid, especially for businesses still growing or in testing phases. Additionally, the reporting feature has some limitations.
