> **Pros**: Easy to use, it provides nice statistics and a lot of different functions/options to check customer satisfaction at our Business. Also Multi multi-property access is easy to Manage

> **Cons**: I still to this day think that there should be a feature that allows you to choose to send an email based on the date a reservation was created. This software only allows you to choose the days out from the stay as metric to choose when to send a message.
