> **Pros**: How easy this tool is for our sales team to send documents or product specs to customers in seconds. Or update a sales interaction by using the voice to text option while using the app. I think it's a great pre-planning tool that can benefit our sales organization.

> **Cons**: There are certain functions that I believe could be worked and updated a bit to be more user-friendly. More so the opportunity/pipeline feature.
> 
> Overall experience is a positive one. From learning about the tool and being trained by my Sales Enablement representatives to launching the tool to our sales team it was a great experience. The team is always there to answer questions and if we have any recommendations they bring this to their IT team to see if update can be made.

> **Pros**: The user interface is simple, straight forward and easy to use, as well as teach to new users. The support from our broker solution managers is great, they are always willing to help and provide solutions to our problems/questions.

> **Cons**: In the report center, I wish there were examples of what the reports looked like or what they would be used for.  Some of the report titles are vague, and with a little more description it may be easier to navigate which report to run for the correct result.

> Overall, the system has worked well for our business as an agency, as well as being the master database for all agencies together. It has given us a platform where we all can be connected as one.
