> **Pros**: The ease and user friendliness of the software.  Even though once you set the software up you need to train on it, it is almost self explanatory.

> **Cons**: Importing trip notes into our CAD.  Know this can't be fixed or helped at the moment but still extra steps for dispatchers and sometimes the notes get added to the wrong CFS by human error.
> 
> Fantastic\!  The software and especially the support is unmatched.  CAD vendors should take lessons from FR911, now that's support\!  \[sensitive content hidden\] and all the tech team should be commended\!
