### "What would we do without Lineup Ninja?" — 5.0/5

> **Nick** | *21 June 2021* | Public Policy | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Lineup Ninja is quite simply the best off the shelf event scheduling solution on the market. Unlike so many other solutions, it has been designed by people that truly understand events and the challenges with scheduling, the intricacies of programme design and speaker management.

The Lineup Ninja UI makes navigating around the product very simple and all of the workflows just make sense for event planners / programme teams.

The customer service offered by the Lineup Ninja 'Ninjas' is like nothing I've ever experienced before - they provide detailed support for your specific event requirements every step of the way and are as much a part of your team as your own colleagues.
>
> **Cons**: I've struggled to find any material negatives about this product that are worthy of mentioning.
>
> Lineup Ninja was a bit of an unknown to our organisation when planning a large scale conference with 125 sessions. However, using the product and working with the team at Lineup Ninja was one of the best decisions for our organisation. Lineup Ninja is an incredibly powerful tool, that integrates with all of our tech stack, meaning days of admin were saved, freeing us up to focus on running our event rather than worrying about endless spreadsheets and data management.

### "Lineup Ninja helped us modernise our systems and save staff time" — 5.0/5

> **Dan** | *28 July 2020* | Civic & Social Organization | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The helpful and attentive customer support. The ease of interface was great, meaning we could have multiple administrators with minimal training. The flexibility of usage - for conferences in our case, but clearly able to be used for other styles of events, including online. It offers a low-cost replacement for the old systems of programming events using manual calls for proposals, spreadsheets, printable PDFs and so forth. The time savings in terms of staff programming the event.
>
> **Cons**: There was not an easily usable printable format to the programme, which, whilst fine in most cases, did not appeal to some of our less tech-aware attendees. We circumnavigated this by having the programme available on big touch screens in the reception area.
>
> We have worked with Lineup Ninja since it was in Beta so had time to help develop some of the features over the past 2 years, which has been great. Lineup Ninja filled a gap for us that was usually filled by many days of staff time, sifting through calls for proposals, filtering content into themes, reams of Google Spreadsheets, etc. It's been a massive help and a big change to our processes.

We will continue to use the product once events are back online in 2021 and beyond.

### "Speaker Management for complex events" — 5.0/5

> **Andreas** | *10 October 2022* | Nonprofit Organisation Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ability to handle 300+ speakers on 15 stages, 160+ sessions, 3 days and always have an easy to interpret version of the truth for the team of 8 volunteers communicating with speakers.
>
> **Cons**: Our own complexity of the event. The software simplifies so much, but I would reduce the complexity of our event in future. We have also chosen not to use some features, instead opting for GRIP integration as the event app for users. But Line Up Ninja does what is we need, which we couldn't find elsewhere.
>
> Onboarding is relatively easy and gives our team members easy access to the information they need to reply to speakers with the "truth". We know that it is refreshed with changes and this means we can work on our event across time zones and countries. And the ability to add visible notes, hidden notes, social media handles, tags, and much more, means that we've not been lacking in functionality in the past 18 months.

### "Ninja Rocks\!" — 5.0/5

> **Sami** | *8 July 2021* | Sports | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Lineup Ninja has transformed conference scheduling. I had been looking for a product that could replicate my love of post it notes for planning and when I saw this software being demoed during a tech session at a conference, I knew it was the product for me. I have been using the software for 3 years and have even been able to use it for our virtual conference. The software is easy to use and very versatile. The Ninja boys are always open to considering modifications that will make the product more user friendly. I love it\!
>
> **Cons**: I would like to be able to add a customisable fields to be able to tailor it more for my specific event, e.g. add details such as accommodation requirements, however their are other areas where I could chose to record such detail. It's difficult to say what I least like because I like it all.
>
> The Ninja boys are great, ultra responsive to queries, dumb questions and ideas for modifications. They are a pleasure to work with and keep in touch with you during the run up to events to see how things are going. The newsletter is always informative and keeps you up to date with the latest features. A gold star for customer service.

> **Adam** | *8 February 2021* | Events Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: LineUp Ninja is very easy to set up and implement
>
> **Cons**: UX, would like more options to take the branding of the platform further
>
> Having worked with LineUp ninja for several years I can say that their support is what stands them apart
