The platform has a simple interface that anyone can pick up and use. It's also very easy to program surveys in non-english speaking countries. > > **Cons**: We had some serious trouble on a project where we leveraged Upsiides panel. The IR was lower than anticipated and our survey fielding was halted. We were told that the recruitment wasn't feasible which put us in a very difficult position. We would have much preferred a partner-like experience, where we could troubleshoot potential solutions together. I also noticed a change in the level of support we receive. When we started using Upsiide they offered a high level of personalized support, but recently they've pushed us to use their support system instead, which makes Upsiide feel more like a digital tool than a vendor relationship. > > Overall it's great\!
