> **Pros**: Sin duda la facilidad de uso. He intentado implantaciones con otras herramientas y son retorcidas y complejas.&#10;La facilidad para poder realizar encuestas por diferentes canales, mediante mail, anónimas, por código QR.&#10;La integración de soluciones vinculadas a cliente, a empleados y a procesos de calidad. Además incluye ya las plantillas con los procesos de encuestación desarrollados para solamente tener que adaptarlos a las necesidades y realidad de la compañía.&#10;La integración de análitica NPS es también muy buena, teniendo modeladas preguntas NPS con análitica de resultados.

> **Pros**: la facilidad de acceso a las encuestas predefinidas que me parecen que están muy bien diseñadas para sacar indicadores fáciles de seguir en series temporales y que ayudan a tener información de la situación de tu compañía.&#10;Una de las cosas que mas me gusto también fue la facilidad de realizar encuestas personalizadas que con pocos conocimientos informáticos puedes hacer un estudio de mercado de forma muy ágil y la propia plataforma te facilita el reporte de los resultado

> En mi compañía se utilizo  para realizar encuestas de satisfacción de cliente lo que nos ha servido de gran utilidad sacando valores que te ayuden a medir el riesgo de fuga que tienes con los clientes o por ejemplo también la utilizamos para medir el grado de satisfacción de los trabajadores

> **Pros**: Allswers, a diferencia de otras alternativas equivalentes incorpora una serie de casos de uso que facilitan mucho el despliegue en compañías medianas y pequeñas. Aunque puedes definir tus propias encuestas, un punto muy fuerte es que puedes beneficiarte de modelos diseñados por especialistas y adaptarlos a tu propio caso sin necesidad de comenzar por un proceso de consultoría para diseñar un sofisticado programa de voz del cliente o del empleado. Además estos casos predefinidos incluyen su propio cuadro de mando de seguimiento por lo que la puesta en marcha es realmente simple

> **Cons**: El software tiene todavía tiene algunas funcionalidades donde el interfaz tiene margen de mejora ya que la experiencia de usuario no es muy fluida. Pero está mejorando muy rápidamente.
