> **Pros**: How customizable the digital vehicle inspections. The fact that as we are moving from one status to another the customer is able to be kept in the loop with minimal effort.

> **Cons**: I would like to be able to control when it texts and what it says. I find too often its too quick to text or if we accidentally hit inspection in progress there is no way to take it back as it's already texted the customer. I would like to see maybe a prompt before it texts people
