Its software to keep for long term.
Without local team, freelancers or permanent  partners its difficult to run the BAU show.

> **Cons**: When I worked with the software I would have liked richer reporting around traceability and audit. All of the data was there but it was hard to work with and create artifacts to respond to inquiries.
