Salesforce Cloud review

My experience was extremely positive. it was easy to set up, easy to add and maintain users and kept me and my team on track as we worked through prospecting and closing

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud is really the penultimate option for sales teams to manage and control their pipeline, it is efficient and intuitive in its needs for CRM

Cons

the costs per person become prohibitive and make it difficult for small businesses and not for profits to utilize, even with special pricing for each unit.

Salesforce- Beneficial, even for small businesses

Salesforce has definitely been beneficial for Client management and recordkeeping. It's been great for data gathering and sorting. You would either have to know some computer skills or willing to learn if you are not going to rely on tech support to setup and keep all maintenance for you. Support has been reliable and helpful.

Pros

Even as a small business where only two of us use the program. Easy records keeping of client databases and client accounts. I love having an easy way of keeping track of open tasks in Cases and accounts that are processing in Opportunities. Being able to run reports off different client information has been extremely beneficial.

Cons

It can be difficult to make changes to the format and templates. Also, would like if the List Emails could be a little more customizable.

Huge platform with dated UI and room to improve

I think Salesforce has potential to be a tool people love to use, but today, sales cloud is more of an obstacle than it is a helpful tool. An overhaul of the UI would go a huge way to improve and there is much work needed to deliver on an experience that actually aids the sales teams using it.

Pros

The most significant advantage in using Salesforce sales cloud is the massive market share Salesforce commands. Given that Salesforce is so widely used, it means you'll always be able to find solutions that integrate with it and to have users on board who are familiar with the product.

Cons

My primary critiques of Salesforce come with the user experience within the product. While Salesforce is massively well known and used across all the big name companies, the UI continues to fall a bit short. The overall look and feel is very dated, processing of data is often slow, it's hard to keep the system up to date, and the overall experience is just not enjoyable to use.

It can seem complex at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s a powerful system that grows with your business and helps keep everything organized in one place.

Pros

I really love the automation feature of the software. It automates the process of tracking leads from prospect to sale. This helps the sales teams identify the most valuable leads. Also the ease of use and implementation is icing on the cake.

Cons

There are no major loopholes that I could point out about the tool.

Best Salesforce software

Very good deal al. The product is amazing.

Pros

### Pros of Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce Sales Cloud is great for helping sales teams stay organized and productive. One of the best things is how customizable it is—you can really tailor it to fit your business needs. The interface is user-friendly, making it easier to manage leads and customer relationships. It also plays well with other tools, so you can integrate it with your email or marketing platforms, which saves a ton of time. Plus, the reporting tools give you valuable insights, so you can keep track of how your sales team is doing in real time.

### Cons of Salesforce Sales Cloud

Cons

Am the flip side, Salesforce Sales Cloud can be a bit tricky to learn, especially if you don’t have a tech-savvy team. It offers so many features that it can feel overwhelming at first. The pricing is also something to consider—it can get expensive, especially when you start adding on extra features. Some users have mentioned the system runs slow with large datasets, and it can take a while to get the hang of customizing it. Lastly, customer support isn’t always as quick or helpful as you’d expect for a premium product.

Professional software to keep track of your leads

Overall, I think that Salesforce Sales Cloud has benefitted our business in many ways, starting from giving us a platform that understands perfectly the lead nurturing process and analyzes all our data to give us the answers to our sales processes. With this software, we have been able to automate this process that often times include a lot of filtering and categorizing data and it's something that used to take hours, but now with simple steps we have been able to automate these tasks and focus on more important aspects of selling. With this software, we have also been able to make more conscious and informed decisions about our future projects, because it directs us to the right track with its analytics.

Pros

I like that Sales Cloud has strong and helpful features that have helped us sell faster, but more specifically, the collaboration tools included in this program have been amazing, being able to work as a team in our sales and share different updates and information in real time without leaving the software is important. Additionally, it's possible to manage all of our leads in Sales Cloud and organize all the information about our customers, and put them in categories to make it easier to keep track of them and make customizable content for them.
Salesforce Sales Cloud also includes great analytics features that help visualize the data that we have and even shows us insights that are often overlooked, along with the forecasting feature that helps us project our future sales and which path we should go for, and even the AI recommendations have been great for us.

Cons

I would say that Salesforce Sales Cloud is definitely not easy to use, I wish it was a more friendly platform but when I first started using it, it felt very overwhelming and I had a hard time getting used to all the tools that are included in it. Getting to know in detail each tool and what they do takes a lot of time and this can slow down the process of actually using it, I also think that the customization of the platform itself is very limited and they can do so much more to ensure that the customizing options are broad and can be used by beginners as well.

Powerful Tool with a Learning Curve, but Worth the Investment

My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for managing customer relationships and sales processes, and once you get the hang of it, it can really improve how you work. The platform helps keep everything organized and gives you a clear view of your sales pipeline and performance. It took some time to learn at first because there are so many features, but the customization and automation options are worth it. The ability to work from anywhere with the mobile app is also a huge plus. Overall, it’s a solid tool for any sales team.

Pros

What I liked most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how easily it can be customized to meet business needs. It helps organize and manage customers and deals in a flexible and simple way. It also allows for quick and accurate reporting, making it easy to track performance and make decisions. The integration with other tools and the mobile app make it convenient for sales teams to work from anywhere.

Cons

What I liked least about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that it takes time to learn and get comfortable with everything. Also, the customization options, while helpful, sometimes require more technical skills or extra support from a developer, especially if you want something very specific. It’s powerful, but the learning curve and setup can be challenging for new users or small teams without a lot of tech resources.

Best CRM software on the market!

Pros

I love that Salesforce allows you to configure your org as much as you want, even if you find something not possible right away, you can always look for some third-party app on AppExchange or create some custom code to make your usecase work! It provides you with training on their Trailhead platform, where you can earn badges and valuable certifications. As far as for the sales features, it allows you to fully manage all your sales processes in it. It is super intuitive for beginners and really easy to work on!

Cons

I think the price is the only downside of this solution. This is one of the most expensive CRM software on the market, but it is still understandable why. For someone who looks at the price not knowing it's pros it will just look big, but for a person who sees a value with automating sales processes and decreasing manual work within your sales or support team - it really makes sense.

Amazing experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

In my Company, the Salesforce Sales Cloud is the tool for everyday work. This software has everything needed to work effectively in one place.

Pros

It is essential software not only for Sales Teams, who can have all information from the Customers and many Automation tools in place but Salesforce Sales Cloud could be fine-tuned for other teams inside a company. Different consoles and views could be created for Finance, HR, IT, Chief Officers, Managers, and Support.

Cons

It is a complex product requiring bigger efforts from companies and teams. It would be best to have a separate team of professionals, who know the details and can create, adjust the views, fix bugs in automation scripts, update changes, and provide training to employees.

Salesforce cloud is giving us the high ride

when we start using this SF we were admiring that this adjustable CRM arrangement of any business. Effectively alter work processes, reports, dashboards and connection point. Long haul answers for associations with developing necessities. More we spent time and more we got the skills and there was huge growth in our sales as well because we were improving ourselves by analyzing the numbers on dashboard

Pros

We recently switched to this cloud and we are getting huge benefit because SF cloud is our best CRM with regards to overseeing information, accounts, contacts, pipelines and valuable open doors. Salesforce cloud genuinely figure out our necessities, cycles, and business to propose and help us with giving the best answer for us.

Cons

The cost is comparatively high in the market. Extraordinary for information capacity, yet restricted usefulness for examination. I need to send out information each time I need to break down it, on the grounds that the dashboarding usefulness is restricted.

Salesforce Sales - To manage all the information related to your Accounts

After some time getting around and knowing the tool, it became my "single point" to manage my portfolio of Accounts.
I could find all the information about my Accounts, develop business plans or understanding how many times a Customer had interacted with my company.
It provide me with a 360º view of my customers.

Pros

The huge range of options with that you can personalize SalesForce Sales Cloud.
How you can deploy a stable solution to your salesforce teams, worldwide, allowing global companies to align their "way of work" across all the geographies.
As an example, it allows companies to use it just as a CRM or even as CRM plus, track open tickets related to their accounts, manage bids and contracts negotiations (even between internal teams).

Cons

Having so many options to customize, giving you the possibility of interconnecting information from several teams, in one huge CRM tool - relating it to your Accounts, has the negative aspect of having to much information on the same tool. This leads to some difficulty handling and supporting the users, across the several tabs of information available.
And to some complexity for the users to navigate around all the info of one specific Account.
Salesforce has done their best to facilitate this, and avoid the outcome of "too much information in one place", for the end-users to access.

Salesforce is a tool that I use on a daily basis, so my overall experience is pretty good, there are only details to be corrected. It's a useful tool that definitely helps me to provide a good customer service and keep record of each ticket I create.

Pros

I enjoy creating tickets using Salesforce because it's practical and functional, and you can navigate easily in each ticket. This helps to have each ticket's information faster.

Cons

Sometimes it glitches when you detach an article and you have to refresh the entire page and the content of a case comment goes lost if you don't save it first.

Essential software for the sales team

Overall, I think it’s a very satisfactory program. The difference between using and not using Salesforce in the sales team is very significant. It helps in organizing processes and results clearly and assists in working systematically.

Pros

Above all, the biggest advantage is the ability to customize fields according to the needs of the sales organization. As the sales processes changed and the organization expanded, there were many additional processes to incorporate. Despite this, there are many features that can fully cover these needs, which has been very helpful for our work. Additionally, the ability to create a wide variety of reports is another advantage. This has been extremely useful in identifying the causes of poor sales and finding ways to improve sales performance.

Cons

The complexity is very high, so it is quite challenging to set up new processes. We often seek help through Trailblazer and refer to what others have created, but it is still very difficult to configure without specialized knowledge.

Track leads, customise offers, analyse current trends using the Salesforce Sales Cloud

I have been using this for 2 years, we have an interface in the backend where data from the Salesforce Sales cloud flows into the backend application and we have to refine it and look for leads, trends, customer likings. Using all this information we can make customised deals for probable customers and gain market.

Pros

It has a really good predictive analysis using the Einsteins analysis. It provisions a more streamlined approach to track customer activities- likes , dislikes, etc. This helps in designing marketing strategies, advertisements in accordance to customer likings. I like the api integration it has to integrate with any other product which uses this customer information so as to provision a customised experience

Cons

It has a relatively high pricing compared to similar products in market. Initially the learning curve is slow as it is complex to understand for the beginners. The UI can be made more modular and tailored according to customer experience

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very organized platform that makes it easy to see what projects are being completed and prioritize things that need immediate action.

Cons

When running reports and needing to see the total of monetary value items, there is a difficulty in determining if this can be done within the report itself or if in needs to be completed on the dashboard. This is confusing in itself but also leads to difficulty when going between a PC unit and a mobile phone or iPad app version.

The "One Stop Shop" for All Things CRM and Sales Management

Pros

Salesforce is a Goliath in their own right and a heavyweight within the CRM category. I've worked with other tools, such as Hubspot, but no one can perform true CRM like Salesforce does on a daily basis.

I integrate Salesforce with Salesloft and that combo together makes tracking my 2,000+ customers an absolute breeze. All activities flow back and forth between the 2 tools so I can stay up to date on all activities being perform on the account. This makes managing the customer experience more mature and positively reflects on us in how we operate our business.

Cons

While Salesforce Sales Cloud is as flexible as "flexible" comes, that can be a 2 edged sword. Our current Salesforce instance heavily leverages most capabilities that Salesforce offers, which makes it difficult to run reports when not all data objects can be accessible within one report. I end up having to run multiple reports and then consolidate the reports to drive the insights I'm looking for.
