The client family connect portal needs more robust reporting capabilities, such as pulling an entire month or more of visit notes instead of one visit at a time. Customers have expressed frustration with this forcing me to continue downloading a month of visit notes and then sending them to customers. > > Our experience has been mostly good, we have been using it for about 9 years now so we are used to it though. The cyber security attack last year was frightening to say the least and an extremely severe inconvenience.
