> **Pros**: This product is Single-Source for all content, which is critical for regulated industry support and training.Once installed on my desktop (in MS-365) it was easy to use and simple to automate creation of multiple performance support materials. There is run-time fee for access to materials created with ExpressTrain. And all content stays behind the firewall.

> **Cons**: This product works well with SharePoint but requires client-side SharePoint integration for each client.
> 
> I have been using ExpressTrain for years and find it the easiest way to create valid SOPs and Work Instructions. Having a Single-Sourse for regulated content is critical for audits and inspections to validate all content is consistent, concurrent and complaint.

> Express Train has long been an outstanding solution for multichannel publishing. I've been impressed by the practical approach PCES has to a complex problem.
It's great to be able to use standard tooling to work with and only convert it when needed. The good thing about PCES is that they are able to deliver consultancy as well as a software solution.
