Convoso is the Best. Most Expensive. Most Comprehensive.
Overall I can say that there is nothing that could take me from Convoso. I have not had enough frustration with it to want to change. I am learning new things about setup and flow every single week. You will need someone who knows Convoso well to give you guidance as you're learning how to use it because it's features have features that have features, that then have settings in another part of the dialer that affects something that had nothing to do with what you were working on so be careful. I have been using it for 7 Months now and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive dialer on the market. If you have a simple setup, this might not be for you. But If you are working a decent size team with more than one department and a dynamic flow for your calls then this is for you. Be ready to pay up because with great software come great monthly bills. They are extremely expensive. Worth the price? Not entirely. It's definitely overpriced. However, it's the best. Do you want the best?
Pros
Convoso is such a complex dialer. Its features allow for so many different ways to have control over your data flows and agent responsibility. The endless amount of ways you can configure your setup is my selling point. I have worked with several dialers in the past and not a single one can measure up. It is not simple to use. You will both love and stress about this. But its all worth having complete control over the process in every imaginable way.
Cons
Convoso has some issues regarding identifying and dispositioning calls that were not connected to an agent for any reason. Dont believe it when you see 'Disconnected Number'. It's 99% of the time not going to be a disconnected number.

bittersweet
Overall it has a long way to go, it is clunky and not ideal. I could see it becoming a great productive with some time and love but it just isn't there yet.
Pros
Having the text feature is huge for us, our previous dialer did not have it and being able to text back and forth with clients has been big for our productivity.
Cons
constant issues, we seem to have insane amounts of dropped calls and days where it is down for hours at a time at least a couple times a month, on previously used systems we would be down for maybe an hour every couple months if even. we lose out on a lot of productivity due to this

Convoso is great and likely a top 3 contender.
Overall, Convoso is reliable and has great functionality. For the purpose of our company Convoso does support our requirements and is constantly changing to try and provide a better customer experience.
Pros
The settings are very intuitive. I found that with a little testing or contacting their support department we could achieve whatever outcome we were looking for.
Cons
I think although the setting options are great and allow deep customization for your desired function, some of them are not very self explanatory and could use improvement, or more informed customer support team when asking about them.

Convoso has been super simple to use and understand. I have had a great experience with the application itself as well as the account reps who troubleshoot and help with small bugs and updates. 10/10
Pros
The availability of account managers to help with any questions I have. The ease of use makes day to day operations run smoothly and because the program is so user friendly.as an admin I am able to teach others how to use the program as well. This makes onboarding new agents a breeze.

Great Product!
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to use Convoso. As a remote employee I am able to stay engaged with the company I work for. It makes everything so easy! From taking clients calls, to tracking their information and being able to call them directly back. It's everything you need to be successful all in one place. With the bonus of never having to give clients your personal phone number.

Only problem I have sometimes is the quality of the audio. I frequently have issues with echos or static noise during my calls. Or clients just can't hear me at all.

I like that it is fully customizable from color schemes to user types and user permissions. You can tailor it exactly to your needs.
Cons
The customizations and settings are confusing and difficult to set up. There is a knowledge base but it does not answer every question and when you call in for help, they won't make the changes for you even though they are familiar with their system; they make you painstakingly figure out how to configure it taking hours from your work day. Simple settings like configuring company voicemail become overwhelming endeavors that are not easy to remember for the future.

Easy disposition and wrap up.
I like how easy the dispositions are (You do not need to manually enter dispositions which saves times). I like how easy it to also change dispositions incase you make a mistake.
Cons
I appreciate that you can search for the lead by their ID in the history part but l'd prefer if you could also search by the lead's name. It's hard to search if you don't remember their ID
