Slow response, if any, and unprofessional. Constantly having issues with clients not being able to access accounts. Also, having to track purchases to make sure the money was deposited to my account. I had a client pay with credit card, and the money was never deposited to my account. When I asked customer support where the money was, their response was that they were using a "testing account" and it was a "complex issue that we're trying to understand". A couple weeks later, I asked for my money and they said they would credit my account. I asked again, a couple weeks later to deposit the money into my checking account instead of putting it towards another month of using the software, since I was planning to cancel my karmasoft account.
