> **Pros**: This software is great, it allows you to track your attendance and holidays, not just for you but for your whole team/ business should you need to.

> **Cons**: If you have forgotten to clock in on a morning you can do this manually on Kelio but if this is not approved by your manager because he is out of the office then HR may think you haven't been at work and not pay you as you can't put notes on clock in validations.

Kelio fait véritablement partie de mon quotidien et de celui de nos collaborateurs, il permet de gréer efficacement le suivi des telos et les différentes fonctionnalités liées au pointage, mais nous avons également développer d'autres modules comme celui des notes de frais ou le controle d'accès, avec toujours autant de succès \!

It is very flexible in terms of clocking staff in \& out (via biometrics or swipe card); and managing schedules and rotas.

> **Cons**: The system integrates with nothing. No modern ATS/CRM for input - and doesn't pass out to payroll / Sage etc. Customer Support is minimal. If you can get hold of them it is unusual to find a rep that can fix your issue without needing to escalate.
The system is slow and clunky, and difficult to use.

> I find this quite a poor product, and not value for money.
In modern times integrations are key, and Kelio is very poor in this area.
Candidate profiles are basic; and communication to your team is basic and unreliable.

> **Pros**: La gestion du temps et des absences qui passaient toutes par ma validation avant d'avoir ce logiciel et maintenant cela est du ressort des managers, ce qui me fait gagner un temps considérable.

> **Cons**: La phase paramétrage du début qui a été assez longue et laborieuse comme toutes les installations j'imagine....

> Dans l'ensemble je suis plutôt satisfaite de Kelio, il faut dire que je suis passée d'une gestion manuelle sur papier à une gestion informatique donc j'en suis absolument ravie. Cependant, il y a malgré tout encore assez régulièrement des soucis de paramétrage.
