My plan was to acquire a large quantity of leads with one-to-one consent, which is a law that goes into effect on January 1st, 2025. So I hired a marketing team to run Facebook and TikTok ads, which didn't produce results. So I asked Kixie to allow me out of my contract, because I spent thousands on a marketing campaign that basically produced nothing and I didn't have revenue. I told them that I wasn't asking for a refund of the 3 months I already paid, but just to let me out of the next 3 month commitment. I am in the first month of my 6 month contract, and they refused. I even told them I would pay a fee to get out of the contract, but they would not allow it. So once I figure out how to get decent leads at a fair cost, I will definitely not use Kixie again, because they didn't care about me.
