About InventoryCloud

Wasp Inventory Control is designed specifically for small businesses. The system includes key features such as real-time functionality, barcode creation for all inventory, auditing and cycle counts, managing minimum and maximum levels by item, creating e-mail purchase orders, supplier management and more. This program simplifies asset tracking by allowing users to search by serial number, lot, date, and pallet. Wasp Inventory Control offers the option of receiving email alerts on task items, so everyone in the business has visibility into which items are running low in inventory, or which items are about to expire. This solution includes over sixty pre-built reports to help with purchasing and pick orders. It also allows users to create real-time transactions. Wasp Inventory Control is compatible on both iOS and Android platforms, and is offered at three separate pricing models based on your needs. The system is supported by a U.S.-based technical support team, and it also includes free "getting started" training.

Wasp inventory cloud is great for inventory management, reasonable price.

The best thing is that it is speedy, quick and consistent. Presently following requests and resources is only a tick away.Very great for a private venture in promising beginning up stages.

Pros

Easy to understand and effortless reinforcement and reestablish. This is exceptionally basic, particularly assuming you are changing starting with one PC and then onto the next. Pretty much consistently we redesign our PC. The declaring features are monster and easy to use.

Cons

Unsure in case online video educational activity will be valuable in this regard. It seems like the thing was made and hasn't progressed a great deal. I've had a couple of evidently straightforward requests that haven't happened.

Response from Wasp Barcode Technologies

Thanks for sharing with everyone that InventoryCloud is a great inventory management tool for the money. We appreciate your recommendations on how to improve on the experience.

Great Option for the Price

I helped set up the system and I've been using it for almost 2 years now. It's pretty easy to use and flexible enough to fit most needs. What complaints I have will likely be fixed in the years to come.

Pros

It's easy to set up and use, and has enough features that you could easily manage an inventory of a few thousand SKUs. Organization of the software menus is done well and there are no issues training people to perform the basic functions like scanning items in and out. Being able to redesign your labels and reports is a nice bonus feature I wasn't expecting.

Cons

The mobile app has some issues from time to time and any time I have a question, customer service takes their sweet time.

Price to feature set ratio. Seemed like the most well-rounded option for the price.

Pretty Darn Good Bang For Your Buck

Overall great experience, we use this tool daily and it has stream lined our inventory/sales process. It is nice to know what dollar amount of inventory we have at any given time. Being able to track cost across the board is very critical in this age of constant price increases. We really love the mobile app due to the fact we can help our customers on the fly, great job!

Pros

Implementation is a breeze, adding new items to inventory and barcoding is a snap. Your quarterly inventory is just that simple as scan and go. The reporting features are immense and easy to use.

Cons

The search "engine" is a little temperamental and I feel I should just be able to pull up all of my items (about 5000) and just search for them in mass. The pull items from inventory feels "clunky" and not very user friendly. I should not have to jump back and forth between pages to get an item out of my inventory, it should be a "1 stop shop".

Alternatives Considered

Fishbowl, NetSuite and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

Reasons for Choosing InventoryCloud

Sales Office is a powerful tool for quotes, POs and job tracking but is very lacking for inventory management.

Reasons for Switching to InventoryCloud

We had the desktop version of Wasp but it was no longer supported a year or so after we bought it.
