The best feature I love about WhatsApp is the ability to back up chats and groups to the cloud storage which I think is essential when I want to change my phone.

Manage Storage option eases ones efforts to manage the device storage as some of the large unwanted files can be deleted easily without even searching them in each chat. The audio calls quality is not that good. I hear the voice of the person with whom I'm speaking after approximately 1 second. Means the voice takes about 1 second delay to hear. Same goes with the Video Calls. When clicking on any WhatsApp channel which I don't follow, it takes about 2-3 seconds to load and then it opens. The documents received in WhatsApp for iOS doesn't gets stored in the iPhone's Files. You can only open it through WhatsApp only. Read Receipts are always On for Group Chat. The UPI payment limit on WhatsApp is INR2000. Because of this, I prefer using another payments app for making payments.
