A fully configurable product with a quick implementation.
We went through the RFP process. Parapet was top of the class in the following areas:
No code changes were required. Everything we needed was accomplished through configuration;
Implementation was done in weeks from contract signing.
Most value for money product
Pros
No barrier to entry. You get all functionalities on day one. There are functionalities that we are discovering every day.
User experience is exceptional.
Cons
We have implemented the product, and so far, we have not found any significant issues with the product.
