> **Pros**: Safedrop is super secure and if you have any issues it only takes a couple of minutes for a member of staff to get back to you.

> **Cons**: Nothing as everything is so quick and easy.  The only time I have had to raise a query is when a recipient states that they couldn't open the document.  This was easily resolved with a quick call to Safedrop when it was determined that the recipient had been a little over eager and kept trying to insert codes which had been overwritten by their request to provide further codes\!
> 
> I admit I was skeptical at first - how could something be so secure, quick and easy to use, low cost and have a member of staff getting back to you within a couple of minutes if you have an issue?  On one occasion a Solicitor stated that he hadn't received a bundle.  This was disproved in Court by producing all necessary e-mail correspondence received from Safedrop and the Court dismissed their claim and ordered costs against them.
