There isn't anything I like the least. I just don't know how to use SaasAnt in its entirety. I am still learning

Reasons for Switching to SaasAnt Transactions

Ease of use and access. Ability to update large amount of data at once

Having to purchase credits often during migration. The cost add up fast. Also, the processing speed is quite slow. Also, it should start displaying errors found while it is working on the file. There is a lot of waiting around and finding out a period was closed for example. If period is closed is the error in QBO, there is no point in going through the entire process and having the user wait before letting the user know. There should be a way to stop or abort an upload.

We have over 10k transactions we used to enter manually. Through SaaSant that has been reduced to 2 hours by the finance manager. It used to take a team of 3 fulltime bookkeepers.

Not really an issue with SaaSant, but quickbooks is a disaster of a software and sometimes there are issues with SaaSant syncing with QB. But they quickly resolve them.

I needed SaasAnt to import data that I could not import with the standard QuickBooks Online import option, and it worked great! It saved me a ton of time not having to manually enter a large customer list with billing and shipping addresses, as well as an invoice list for a QBDT to QBO migration.

Whenever I set-up a new QuickBooks Online client, I use SaasAnt to transfer data from Excel to their new subscription. I've been using it for years (most of the time, the trial subscription is all I need for the client). I recently attained a client who will be setting up hundreds (yes, hundreds) of their sales agents with their own QuickBooks over the next year. They will be providing files these reps need to regular upload to their QBO. When we encountered an issue with some of the direct import features in QBO, I wondered if SaasAnt was the answer. With the help of my new friend, [sensitive content hidden] (and his wonderful insight), we found that the answer is YES!

And what is perhaps the best part is I had an issue and couldn't figure out what to do and so I reached out to chat on a US holiday and got someone within 1 minute that was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't believe it. Name was [sensitive content hidden] and was extremely helpful and pinpointed my issue quickly and solved it. Given the level of customer support is low from many companies, I was blown away by how good it was here.

Usually simple to use... but there was a internal error with SaasAnt that messed up my whole morning. Finally decided to use support and [sensitive content hidden] helped me right away. Wish I had contacted them sooner!

If there is an outage or there is an internal problem, there is no notification to users. I spent WAY too long trying to fix something that was an internal error that I had no control over. The way I was using the file importer for 2 years no longer worked.

There isn't much not to like! It allows me to import historical data such as invoices, attach payments to them, credits, even edit customer information that already exists in QBO (my new favorite feature). I worked with [sensitive content hidden] and they were both fabulous! The customer service is phenomenal. They are understanding and knowledgeable, especially with knowing that time is money and finding solutions quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend it if you want to save time and make money!

I will use a spreadsheet format multiple times. Then it fails to upload. I contact support and they tell me something I've done for months is not correct & to change one thing. Then it works. Makes me think changes were made and then how I was do it no longer works. Since I keep documentation on how to create the files & the instructions get changed periodically.

Saasant is AMAZING! It has literally saved me hours of time in data entry and inputting bank and credit card transactions. Our credit card issuer is flexible and allows me to already list expense accounts and classes in the software, so all I have to do is download the spreadsheet, link the fields, and Saasant will import it directly into quickbooks and assign all the right accounts and classes.

The interface is a bit outdated, and it has a slight learning curve. But you gain far more than that in the time it saves.
