Channel Manager and Property Management system - All in one
Professional and patient at all times. Staff are all well trained in all fields. They return calls promptly, and solve all problems.

Major flaw in user management
Good but, the limitations described above prevent me from allowing other staff to have real-time access to booking information that would be a really useful tool.

I cannot give "view-only" access to my staff without risking them accidentally changing bookings as the mobile app does not distinguish any user rights assigned. IE, a user setup with view-only rights on the website can use the same credentials on the mobile app and then has full rights to add bookings and delete bookings, change rates etc.
Nightsbridge support has been aware of this gaping hole in their system security for more than a year and has not prioritised any fix.
Even if you do not use the mobile app in your standard processes, any staff can download the app and use their same website login credentials and change anything!

Wish I was valued.
The software does what it says.

Easy integration. It's great for records and reports, thereby analytics.
Cons
After contacting Nightsbridge repetitively about the misuse of Nightsbridge by a booking channel - the response is dismissive. In addition, suggestions are also dismissed - I only tried once. Every upgrade loses a function, ie drop down menu for payment source, and now my invoice template is gone. I list 2 establishments with Nightsbridge, and am about to add a third. One day, when I'm not so busy, I will look into what other options are out there. Initially, I felt valued and the service was EXCELLENT. Since lockdown, and home-based consultants, things have changed.

Guesthouse running made easy
Nightsbridge system saves me time, is mobile, the cell app works during load sheddings and goes a long way to prevent any double bookings and being allowed to instandly send quotes and invoices speeds up our service which brings in more clients.
Pros
The new updated cloud version of Nightsbridge has taken into account many of the small time consuming hassles that crop up daily. So bookings, booking changes, mulit room bookings, invalid credit card , on line registration, reporting, invoicing, extras have all become touch of the button options with some good automated items. The end of month booking reports are also a great tool for bookkeeping and tracking payments and referral commisions. Once automated welcome and info packs are added it will be hard to fault this system for making day to day operations simply and obvius. The back up cient support is also superb and I have never called and not received patient guidance until the problem has been resolved.
Cons
Automated and cutomisable Welcome letters, info packs and Thank you for staying and requests for reviews would be the next big time saver. Automated Resending of on line check in if it is not completed before check in. Next to room bookings bookings for appointment type offerings, like parking, spa treatments or pottery classes - they should be customisable - at the momment I have added the parking as a room, its works as keeps track of the bays and which guest has booked but it messes with the analytics and room occupany rates.

Easy to use and manage and use. Support desk is helpful in solving issues.

Guests details which should be able to be deleted / made inactive especially when provisional bookings are made as it skews one's data base.Not being able to send a secure link for extras to be settled once the main account has been closed.

No real negatives. The only problem I have is having to move guests to other rooms without having to first cancel the booking and then re-book in another room. It would be helpful to have a "drag and drop" function to move bookings around.

There is an option to change the room or unit booked when you click on a booking from your calendar -- you only need to confirm whether the rates will change or stay the same. That way you don't have to cancel the booking and rebook it.

How to simplify your life
If there is any dispute with a guest, there is always back up from Nightsbridge. With the paper trail, there cannot be mistakes.
Pros
I love the live calendar, this makes life really easy. I also like the notifications of bookings, and payments. Everything is at my fingertips. And it is so easy to consult with someone should you not manage on your own.

Bookings made easy
Pros
It is impossible for me to run my guesthouse without Nightsbridge. It's available 24/7 on my phone anywhere I go, even while on overseas holidays I am able to run my business in South Africa. It updates all new bookings immediately so no change of double bookings. I started using it since we opened our guesthouse 6 years ago - best decision ever. It was easy to integrate with existing business processes and the Nightsbridge team is also super helpful should one require assistance.

Nightsbridge is our oxygen
I would not be able to run a successful business if it was not for NB. Their customer services are also outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone in the industry.

NB gives us the opportunity to be "out there" . Always up to date on our rates and service description. With all the on-line sites out in the world, it is impossible to go an update each of them individually in a short space of time. Nightsbridge gives us the opportunity to make changes on the go and we are assured that it the same on all the sites.We have a instant overview on how or reservations are looking for the day/week/Month/Year and compare to previous years. Lots of analytics helps us to work on our services and rates on a daily basis.The fact that you can ad restrictions such as minimum stays, arrival and departure requirements gives us the opportunity to run our business the way we wish to.

There is nothing not to like about NB but space for a few additional functions:Please add a "reminder" function for individual bookings. What we would like to do is place a reminder for ourselves if we need to take action on a guest booking for example " final payment 7 days prior" and then we get a reminder 7 days prior to process payment for [sensitive content hidden]. Or if we need to place an order for flowers/cakes etc.A function to show what amount guests got as a discount (difference between rack rate and rate paid)A function to show the amount for commission paid.It would be nice if the reservation can show the guests nationality.A lot of people have different phone numbers to whatsapp numbers , include d line for phone number and Whatsapp number

Best Channel Manager for Guest houses/Hotels/Hospitality Industry
I love NightsBridge and have had no issues using it.
Pros
NigtsBridge is very easy to use and whatever you need is easy to find and therefore you do not waste time trying to figure how to use it. Integration with our existing business process was easy and love that everything is linked to NightsBridge so I do not need to go into all the other websites Extranets unless I really have to. I check everything and do everything on Nightsbridge and am extremely happy with the product. I have used NightsBridge for 8 years and have recommended the product to people in the hospitality industry.

I have had no issues with NightsBridge in the 8 years of using it, very happy with NightsBridge.

I would like a option to capture or for Guests to upload a photo of their ID with the bookings and to have an arrival time slot that has to be filled in on booking as mandatory for the booking to be createdIf a room is changed to another room i think it should keep its settings ie: bed & breakfast might change to manual rates or something else it gets confusing

Efficient booking system for small or big businesses
Pros
Ease of use and support always available should one struggle with a certain feature. When used properly double bookings wont occur.
Cons
When looking at the "booking summary", the total earned for a booking is shown. Feature does not show amount actually received by the establishment, less the commission taken by a certain web portal

On top of that, we include training, local support and automated online payments as a bonus. We don't charge setup fees or commissions on any of your bookings. General Manager Generally Very Satisfied with NightsBridge
The guest house has been using NightsBridge for a long time now. I have only been using it for a year - from when I joined as manager. So far I have seen the update to the latest version - which the team handled well and again, customer support was very helpful when some features had moved or were difficult to understand. I took part in one of the workshops in the area last year and I realised that it's not just a programme, they have created a community as well. They take care of their customers and that makes it worth every cent.
Pros
As the manager of a guesthouse, I really appreciate NightsBridge's efficiency. It's easy to use on the surface, but also has many tools to take advantage of if you want to delve deeper - to help the process of reporting, invoicing, and communicating with guests. The financial management is great. The customer support is unmatched.
Cons
I would like to see a visual on the calendar when I apply a close-out for a room. I would also appreciate it if I could edit payments for at least a few minutes or hours after I have entered them on a specific account. On occasion I make an error when listing the date or type of payment and when I open it again - even if immediately - it becomes uneditable. Then having to apply a "mistake" payment on the account to remove that payment just makes the accounting very messy. I understand the importance of freezing the information but if there could be a way to make a 5 minute window, that would help very much.

Would not run my business without it.
Pros
The staff are really helpfull. Nothing is ever too much for them to assist, on the rare occasion that we do need to talk to someone. It assists me to manage my business efficiently.
Cons
Nothing not to like. I just dont have the time to explore all the possibilities that nightsbridge allows with regard to features.
