I have found the support team from StoreLIVE\! to be very responsive and thorough. Overall this has solved our inventory and POS requirements. Customization The ability to customize the software to fit our business needs is fantastic. They customized the background color, scale format, added larger customer-facing displays, and did extra to work with our credit card processor. 2. Prompt All of the customizations and support questions were answered promptly. 3. Knowledgeable All of there staff are knowledgeable. However, two of them are obviously more knowlegdable with the StoreLive\! software and technology in general. 4. Secure The system is very secure and never sees the credit card information. Therefore making the system less expensive than other options in the long run.
